Dejute of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles and Gary Kreep and Orly Taitz (Taitz fax machine failed to answer on five tries and is now being put in the mail), the Affidavit was placed in the U.S. Mail today to the United States District Court.

No, this page has not been taken. This is Lucas Smith. If a video is needed I will upload something. Orly Taitz wants me to lie under oath about information that I had no knowledge of at the time I was in Africa. She wants me to make up names of people that I do not know the names of. ? She wants me to testify that Gary Kreep is a spy for Obama's side, and that I have personal knowledge of this. Truth- I know nothing of Gary Kreep. My story is true but I wont embellish it with lies just to make Orly Taitz happy. There's more too. I will report again soon.

I am sorry that this happened. I cannot work with someone like Orly that wants me to lie under oath. I feel bad that this will be another setback. I want Obama out of office as bas as any of us. But fighting lies with lies is not a route that I am prepared to take. Lucas Smith In Prison is not a headline at WND that I look foward to reading while sitting in county? jail. Not a future I look foward to. However, the battle is not over. I will keep everyone udated.

Orly Taitz does not feel that it is important to investigate further into any documents that backup Obama's claim to Hawaiian birth. She also says that she does not have the money to do so. However, her legal team is free to pay their own way, she insists that they do so. Her whole legal team works for? free and pays their own expenses. She had the nerve to tell me to get a job when I requested that she send me her another of her free legal team to Sacramento, CA to investigate the birth announcenment of Obama. All this after she tells the court that she fears for my life. I've been running around the world, blowing through thousands of dollars while this lady has been brushing elbows with the elite. My wife and I have been eating rice and plantains while this joker dines at the most exclusive eateries in Orange County. She wont pay for anything unless I testify to her version of the STORY. No? thanks Orly, I'll find my own my home. Keep your plane ticket.

If I recall properly, Larry Sinclair is the crackhead homosexual who claimed, without any proof whatsoever, the he gave Obama head while they smoked crack in a limo. It turned out that Obama was not even in Chicago at the time and definitely had no limo.

He was probably being cut out of the right-wing cash. That's what happens. If you don't pay off all the liars, every one of them, they turn on you. That's what happened with the Arkansas shitheads...one didn't get paid off as much as he thought he deserved and he turned on all of them, leading to David Brock's book and total destruction for all the Arkansas mafia.

When you get a bunch of liars together, they ALL have to be paid off, one way or the other. Otherwise, the lie falls apart.

While your every word may be correct, remember that Lucas Smith gave an unsworn declaration and Orlybots proclaimed that if he did that, it must be true. Here, Larry Sinclair has given a sworn, notarized affidavit, and that must really, really prove it is all true. And Orly has not proven it is false.

Your support is noted and appreciated. However, Orly Taitz is not a patriot but rather a egocentric correspondence course attorney that would take up any cause that will aid her in the fame and $$$ that she is seeking. She uses a ghost writer, for lack of correct terminology, to write all legal filings in this case against Obama. She has no understanding of the law and changes her story and the story of others everyday. It almost sickening. And this is the savior and patriot of the free world. I'd rather be marched off to a FEMA camp before I sacrifice my integrity and work this pathetic movie star fame seeker dentist attorney. Respectfully, Lucas Smith.

She's made my life tremendously difficult now. And as I've stated previously, this is just one of several incidents where Orly has asked me to lie under oath.

and I told her that I was advised by -------- ---------, that this was illegal, especially in California to tape conversations that would be considered private. Orly told me not to worry about it and that I should upload the sound recording to my youtube page for all to hear. Also that she wanted me testify at an upcoming hearing that she is setting up to get rid of Gary Kreeps. Orly said? that she wanted me to testify that I had been approched by Kreeps in the past and that he had offered to buy the birth certificate I obtained in Africa and to pay for my testimony in regard to. I will explain more in regards to Orly's demand that I lie under oath. There are several separate incidents. One involves Gary Kreep. Last week I was present at a discussion in Los Angeles with a US Attorney, and two law clerks / paralegals of Orly's legal team. Gary Kreep was present telephonically. Kreep shut the whole thing down by informing the US Attorney that one of Orly's paralegals was a disbarred attorney. Well, I didn't know? that it was illegal to record our conversation .... so.....there is a recording. Gary Kreep said some things that I couldn't understand why someone on our side would say. I told Orly about it later and....

Orly compares herself to Mandela and wants the judge tried for treason.

In an interview with TPM just now, Birther evangelist Orly Taitz fired back at Clay Land, the U.S. district court judge who tore apart Birtherism and threatened Taitz with sanctions in an order today, saying that "somebody should consider trying [the judge] for treason and aiding and abetting this massive fraud known as Barack Hussein Obama."

"This is so outrageous what this judge did -- it goes in the face of law and order," said Taitz, reached at her office in Mission Viego, CA. "Not every judge is as corrupt as Judge Land. Some judges believe in the Constitution. And some judges believe in the rule of law."

The withering 14-page order by Land, a George W. Bush appointee, tossed out a "birther soldier" case brought by Taitz and Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who wants to defy a deployment order because she believes Barack Obama does not legitimately possess the presidency.

A clearly frustrated Land called Taitz's suit -- the second filed in the Middle District of Georgia -- "frivolous" and threatened her with sanctions if she kept at it.

I asked Taitz what she will do next with the Rhodes case, which was filed and tossed out in another district before it was refiled with Land. "This is the decision of Connie," she said. "I will be talking to her and making a decision."

And if Rhodes is open to continuing the fight, would Taitz go along?

"Oh absolutely, absolutely," she said. "Listen, Nelson Mandela stayed in prison for years in order to get to the truth and justice."

And Taitz brushed off the possibility of sanctions. "I'm not afraid of sanctions. Because I know this is not frivolous. i know this is extremely important -- the most important issue in this country today."

"Judge Land is a typical puppet of the regime -- just like in the Soviet Union," she said.
